The BIMSTEC Secretariat successfully conducted the 2nd Capacity Building Workshop on Project Proposal Development and Monitoring & Evaluation, held on 01–02 September 2026. Facilitated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with external resource persons, the two-day workshop aimed to enhance the technical and operational capacities of relevant officials in developing high-quality project proposals and establishing effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
