The Third Meeting of the BIMSTEC Permanent Working Committee (BPWC) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 01-02 March 2020. The Meeting deliberated on some important issues of institutional reform including finalization of BIMSTEC Charter, review and rationalization of sectors and subsectors of BIMSTEC.
